Human Resource Audit
A Human Resources Effective Audit supports a risk management strategy in relation to human resources to ensure that the policies and practices in place are compliant with employment legislation and to ensure that employer expectations regarding the terms and conditions and human resource policies and procedures are clearly communicated to employees. HRP provides subject matter expertise, as well as third party insight and objectivity in carrying out the audit and in making recommendations for improvements. The audit process is simply a diagnostic tool that serves to identify the strengths and weaknesses in current human resource systems, policies and procedures. The audit helps evaluate past performance, assess present needs and issues, and to develop recommendations on policies and procedures that are necessary. The audit process may involve a range of data gathering techniques, such as reviewing documentation, questionnaires, focus group sessions, interviews, etc. We will make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource policies and procedures.
